Toto vyhlásenie vysvetľuje, aké osobné údaje spracúvame, prečo a aké máš práva.
1. Kto údaje spracúva
Správcom osobných údajov je Reviio.Students (ďalej „my“), web reviiostudents.site. Kontakt: reviio.sk@gmail.com.
Prevádzkovateľom je fyzická osoba vystupujúca pod značkou Reviio.Students. Kontaktovať nás môžeš na uvedenom e-maile.
2. Aké údaje spracúvame
- Údaje pri nákupe: e-mail, meno a informácie o objednávke. Platbu spracúva platforma Whop, údaje o platobnej karte my nevidíme.
- Údaje na Discorde: tvoje používateľské meno a ID a správy, ktoré napíšeš v komunite.
- Doručovacie údaje: meno, adresa a prípadne telefónne číslo, ktoré zadáš na Discorde kvôli odoslaniu NFC kariet.
- Komunikácia: e-maily a správy pri podpore, reklamáciách alebo žiadosti o vrátenie peňazí vrátane priložených dokladov.
- Web: stránka nepoužíva analytické ani marketingové cookies. Písmo sa načítava zo služby Google Fonts, pri čom môže Google obdržať tvoju IP adresu. Vybraný jazyk si ukladá tvoj prehliadač (localStorage), na náš server sa neodosiela. Hosting môže spracúvať štandardné serverové záznamy.
3. Prečo údaje spracúvame
- Plnenie zmluvy (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) GDPR): poskytnutie prístupu k Programu a odoslanie kariet.
- Zákonné povinnosti (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. c) GDPR): napr. účtovné a daňové predpisy.
- Oprávnený záujem (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f) GDPR): podpora a vybavovanie žiadostí, ochrana komunity a ochrana pred zneužitím záruky vrátenia peňazí.
4. Komu údaje poskytujeme
Údaje poskytujeme iba v nevyhnutnom rozsahu: platforme Whop (platby), Discordu (komunita), dodávateľovi alebo prepravcovi, ktorý zabezpečuje odoslanie kariet, a poskytovateľom hostingu a e-mailu. Niektorí z nich môžu sídliť mimo EÚ; prenosy sa riadia mechanizmami podľa GDPR. Údaje nepredávame.
5. Ako dlho údaje uchovávame
Iba po dobu nevyhnutnú na uvedené účely. Doručovacie údaje uchovávame do doručenia kariet a uplynutia lehôt na reklamácie a vrátenie peňazí, potom ich vymažeme, pokiaľ zákon nevyžaduje inak. Účtovné doklady uchovávame po dobu stanovenú zákonom.
6. Tvoje práva
Máš právo na prístup k údajom, ich opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť a právo namietať. Ak spracúvanie stojí na súhlase, môžeš ho kedykoľvek odvolať. Svoje práva uplatníš e-mailom na reviio.sk@gmail.com. Máš tiež právo podať sťažnosť Úradu na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk).
7. Bezpečnosť a vek
Údaje chránime primeranými technickými a organizačnými opatreniami. Program je určený osobám od 18 rokov a vedome nespracúvame údaje detí.
8. Zmeny

This notice explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Reviio.Students (“we”), website reviiostudents.site. Contact: reviio.sk@gmail.com.
The operator is a natural person trading under the Reviio.Students brand. You can contact us at the email address above.
2. What data we process
- Purchase data: email, name and order information. Payment is processed by the Whop platform; we do not see your payment card details.
- Discord data: your username and ID and the messages you write in the community.
- Delivery details: name, address and, if needed, a phone number you enter on Discord so that we can ship the NFC cards.
- Communication: emails and messages for support, complaints or refund requests, including any documents you attach.
- Website: the site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The font is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address. Your chosen language is stored by your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to our server. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs.
3. Why we process it
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing access to the Program and shipping the cards.
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): e.g. accounting and tax rules.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): support and handling requests, protecting the community and preventing abuse of the money-back guarantee.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only to the extent necessary: with the Whop platform (payments), Discord (community), the supplier or carrier that handles shipping the cards, and hosting and email providers. Some of them may be located outside the EU; transfers follow the mechanisms required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Only for as long as needed for the purposes above. We keep delivery details until the cards are delivered and the complaint and refund periods have passed, then delete them unless the law requires otherwise. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, email reviio.sk@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
7. Security and age
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The Program is intended for people aged 18 and over and we do not knowingly process children’s data.
